Over 25 years of hands-on experience has taught me what real relief looks like. I started working with clients long before I formalized my training, and every year since has deepened what I know about the body, tension, and what it takes to help someone feel genuinely better.
I'm a Navy veteran and a licensed massage therapist (FL MA 107342) now serving Jacksonville and surrounding areas.
