Twenty-four years of hands-on work has taught me something simple: your body tells the truth, and it knows what it needs. I've been doing this since 2002, when I finished my certification at Mueller College in San Diego, and I've carried that foundation with me through thousands of sessions across the country.
These days I'm based in Jacksonville, Florida, but I work both in-studio and mobile throughout the area and beyond—I'll travel up to 150 miles to come to you. The techniques vary depending on what I find: deep tissue for the tight, stubborn knots; reflexology to wake up your whole system; Swedish for flow and ease; trigger point work for those specific pain patterns that won't quit.
