About

Training at Erwin College in Tampa gave me the foundation, but eleven-plus years of hands-on work with professional athletes taught me what recovery really means. Recovery isn't just for game day. Recovery is part of the training plan. That's the philosophy I bring to every session, whether you're a runner pushing through a tough training block, a dancer managing repetitive strain, or someone dealing with the everyday tension that settles into your shoulders and hips.

I'm Harry, a Licensed Massage Therapist and Nationally Certified Sports Massage Specialist, and I also hold my RYT-200 Yoga Instructor certification from Lucky Cat Yoga, a Yoga Alliance school right here in Tampa. That combination matters. It means I understand the body's mechanics from multiple angles. I can work deep into tissue with myofascial release or deep tissue technique, but I can also guide you through Thai yoga stretching or mobility work that opens up what's tight. I blend whatever your body needs in that moment.

My studio in Tampa serves athletes, performers, active individuals, and anyone who's simply had enough of chronic tension. I work with runners, softball and kickball players, pickleball enthusiasts, dancers, and people recovering from workouts or injuries. Sessions are built around your goals. Some folks come in because their shoulder dysfunction is keeping them from their sport. Others need stress reduction and time to reset. A few want meditation coaching or private yoga instruction alongside the bodywork. All of it matters to me.

I keep appointments self-booked through my scheduling link so you can grab a time that actually works. If you have questions, send a text or email—just allow up to 72 hours for a response. I'm proud to serve everyone, especially our LGBTQ+ community. Respectful and serious inquiries are always welcome.

My massage with Harry was outstanding. I was in town for a short family visit with a packed schedule, so finding an available therapist seemed impossible. Harry made time for me on short notice, and he was both professional and genuinely warm during the session. He took his time and really made the experience special. It was honestly the best part of my whole trip.
