About

Sixteen years of hands-on work in massage therapy has taught me one essential thing: the body remembers everything, and it wants to let go. I've spent that time learning how to listen—to muscle tension, to breath patterns, to what each client needs in that moment on the table.

My training began at the Shaw Massage Institute in Wisconsin Dells, where I learned the fundamentals of therapeutic touch. Since then, I've developed a practice that blends deep tissue work with slower, restorative techniques, always returning to what I believe matters most: presence and intention. When you're on my table, you're not just receiving pressure. You're being met with attention. I use my hands to help your nervous system settle, your circulation to move freely again, and your breath to become a tool for releasing what you've been holding.

My studio in downtown Minneapolis is designed with this in mind. It's quiet. The lighting is soft. I use a state-of-the-art Earthlite table because the quality of your experience starts with comfort. I have a sound bath setup with high-quality speakers—music and sound can be just as healing as the work itself. Everything here, from the fresh linens to the oils I choose, reflects respect for your body and your time.

I offer deep tissue massage for clients who need to recover from strain or built-up tension. I work with Swedish techniques for those seeking flow and circulation. I've also trained in Sensory Repatterning, which helps reset how your nervous system perceives touch and tension. Some sessions blend all three. The session is yours—I customize based on what you tell me about your body and what I feel as we work together.

I'm available in my Minneapolis studio seven days a week, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. I also offer mobile massage services, bringing the same quality of care to your home or office. Text is my preferred way to connect—it's direct, clear, and respects your schedule.
