"Seeing that he is a personal trainer and offered an interesting combo of personal training followed by massage, I decided to treat myself and give it a go. He took me to a complex gym located across the street from his studio. Darren is a well rounded and dynamic personal trainer. His personality is reflected in his workouts and made going to the gym a lot of fun. He showed me workouts to attack specific muscle groups, effective cardio routines, and proper form. After the training hour he brought me over to his studio for the massage I first must say the studio is beautifully done and smells amazing from the time you walk in. The massage table has to be one of the most comfortable ones I've been on and could have slept there all day. He was very quiet during the session allowing me to fall into a deep trance and the sounds he had playing were soothing and relaxing. The massage was everything I wanted and more. The use of a hot face towel along with the warm towel was a very nice touch. If you have not tried his services I highly recommend him, you won't be disappointed, not to mention if you have ever thought of a personal trainer. Try the training massage combo it was a great two hours and money well spent.
