About

When you're working with someone's muscles, you need to understand them from the inside out. I trained as a personal trainer through NASM before becoming a massage therapist, and that foundation changed everything about how I work. I can feel where the tension lives in your body because I understand the structure underneath it.

I've been practicing massage therapy for 11 years now, and my hands have learned what works. I blend deep tissue, Swedish, acupressure, and trigger point techniques depending on what your body's telling me during our session. Some days you need pressure that goes deep into the knots. Other days it's about bringing you into a state where your nervous system finally lets go.

My studio in Williamsburg, Brooklyn is clean, quiet, and designed to feel like a spa. Soft lighting, candles, water on hand, music if you want it. I also travel throughout Brooklyn and up to 25 miles beyond—serving clients in their homes out east in the Hamptons and throughout the surrounding areas. Whether you're coming to me or I'm coming to you, you'll find the same professional care and attention to detail.

I start every session by assessing your body. I'm looking for tight spots, knots, areas where you're holding stress. Then I work with the pressure and techniques that'll actually help you leave feeling recharged and refreshed. I work with all body types, all races, all gender identities. I'm proud to welcome the LGBTQ community. My goal is simple: you should walk out of here feeling better than when you walked in.

Jae is my therapist of choice, and I've been seeing him regularly for years now. He's genuinely one of the best in New York City. His grasp of body structure and muscle anatomy, combined with his extensive training, delivers a massage that's both invigorating and deeply relaxing. Every session shows his genuine care for his work. He's upbeat, positive, and caring with a calming presence that puts you at ease. What I value most is how he starts each appointment by examining your whole body for tight areas, knots, sore muscles, and spots where you're carrying stress. Then he applies perfect pressure and extensive stretching that releases the tightness and pain you came in with. His studio is spotless, welcoming, and the ideal setting for a relaxing experience. Finding the right massage therapist can be hit or miss. Some just go through the motions, others rely on looks or watch the clock, some seem indifferent. Jae isn't any of those. He's a true professional—charming, super friendly, and focused only on giving you a high-quality massage. I recommend him without hesitation, and I'm confident you'll make him your go-to therapist too.

I had a wonderful massage with Jae. He applied just the right pressure to loosen and stretch my sore back and leg muscles. Jae truly understands what your body needs and which areas deserve extra attention. I'm grateful I found him and would happily recommend him to anyone.
