About

Training at Kiné-Concept-Guijek in Montreal shaped how I work with bodies. I completed my Kinesthetic Swedish Massage certification in early 2020, then went deeper into Integrated Deep Tissue work the following spring. By October 2022, I'd added Thai massage on the table to my toolkit. Over seven years, I've been building something intentional—a practice that blends these modalities based on what each client's body tells me it needs.

I'm a body worker and dance artist in Park Slope, Brooklyn, and my background in movement informs everything I do. That awareness of how bodies live and move—the tension we hold, the patterns we repeat—it changes how I touch someone. Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Thai stretching aren't just techniques to me. They're languages for listening.

I've worked in spas and clinics, but I'm most at home in my own studio space now. I just moved to a new large studio apartment in Flatbush, just off the Church Avenue B/Q subway stops, which gives me room to slow down and really show up for each session. Every client gets my full attention and care. I ask only that you come with kindness and respect, and that you're looking for real therapeutic work—nothing surface-level.

I'm a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community and I welcome everyone. If you want to connect, write me a message about what you're hoping to get from the session. I'm looking forward to meeting you.

Testimonials

Jay's bodywork restored my confidence in massage's ability to heal. His two-hour session was the best I've experienced in many years. As someone trained in massage with over 25 years in private practice and hundreds of massages received, I can say Jay belongs in a rare category of exceptional healers. From the moment I lay on his table, I felt secure and cared for. His technique was thorough and clearly grounded in serious training, but what stood out was his nurturing presence—the kind of touch that leaves you calmer and more connected to yourself. His apartment was spotless, his kindness unmistakable from the start. I'm eager to work with him again.
