About

Twenty-one years of hands-on work in massage therapy has taught me something you can't learn in a classroom: every body tells a story, and listening to it matters more than any single technique.

I'm a licensed massage therapist, certified by the State University of New York, and I trained at the Florida College of Natural Health in Miami—where I earned my associate degree in natural science and learned to read muscle tension the way a musician reads a score. That foundation shaped how I work now. When you're on my table, whether it's in my studio in Brooklyn or at my studio suite in Union Square, I'm not just applying pressure. I'm feeling for the tight knots, the guarded areas, the places where your stress has settled into your shoulders and lower back.

I specialise in deep tissue work and assisted stretching, using acupressure, Thai massage, shiatsu, and a dozen other techniques—whatever your body needs on that particular day. I also work with hot stone, aromatherapy, craniosacral therapy, and lymphatic drainage. Some clients come to me specifically for chair massage or sports recovery. Others want the full spa experience with sound therapy and warm lighting.

Beyond massage, I'm a certified skincare expert with focused training in paramedical skincare, so I offer facials too. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, a longtime yoga practitioner, and a water fitness instructor. That background informs everything I do—it's all connected.

I also volunteer as a massage therapist at the Trauma Resolution Center here in New York, working with people recovering from traumatic experiences. That work keeps me grounded in why this profession matters. I'm active in the LGBTQ+ community and chair massages at charity events when I can.

I have a home studio in Brooklyn and a suite in Union Square, and I'm happy to travel to you as well—whatever makes you comfortable. I'm available 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day. Reach out with any questions. I'm here to help you feel better.

Testimonials

Paul responded quickly and scheduled me right away. I deal with chronic shoulder pain and serious knots in my upper back and shoulder area. Since I was traveling, I couldn't see my regular therapist. Paul did excellent work finding and releasing my problem areas. He has a multi-faceted approach and is clearly very skilled in serious bodywork. During the session I felt almost floating, and after he finished I felt like a new person. On top of all that, Paul is genuine and friendly with no pretense. I can only strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a trained, skilled, and truly effective massage therapist.

This was my third time with Paul, and if he were in my area I'd be booking way more often. Paul is a true gentleman—handsome, experienced, gentle, and genuinely strong. You feel comfortable the moment you get on his table. When you work with Paul, you're working with someone who intuitively knows exactly where the problem spots are. You'll get a massage that's worth every cent. The session goes by too fast.

Paul provided an exceptional experience. There's a real difference booking with a fully licensed massage therapist who has formal training. His understanding of the human body was clear as he worked on my lower back, shoulders, and hips. The assisted stretching really helped loosen the tension I'd picked up from travel. The studio itself is lovely, with soft lighting, nice aromatherapy, and sound healing that made it easy to fully let go. I walked out feeling lighter, better aligned, and at peace. I'm already planning my next visit.
