About
Completing the LMBT program at North Carolina School of Advanced Bodywork in Charlotte taught me how to listen with both my hands and my intuition. That training, finished in early 2025, built on nearly a decade of hands-on work with clients across Charlotte. The deeper I've studied bodywork, the clearer it's become: most of us carry tension we don't even know is there. My job is to find it, release it, and show you how to keep feeling better between sessions.
I've been a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist since April 2016, and I work with clients from all backgrounds and experiences in a respectful, professional studio setting. Deep tissue work is where my hands feel most at home. I use strong, deliberate pressure and my body weight to reach the tight spots that cause real pain. But I also blend Swedish massage, sports recovery techniques, and cupping to meet you exactly where you are.
My sessions are structured and focused. We talk about what's bothering you, I work through the problem areas and the ones you didn't even know you had, and I explain what's happening in your body so you're never wondering. I take a results-oriented approach because I know you're coming in because something hurts or you're stuck. I'm here to change that.
I proudly serve members of the LGBTQ+ community and all clients seeking a calm, supportive space in Charlotte. You can expect the same consistent, high-quality care every time you come in. Just book early—last-minute openings are rare, and I always need at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.

I've been coming to Andrew for about five years now, and he never disappoints. He's got strong hands and knows how to use his body weight to make the experience both effective and enjoyable. He's also great to talk to, which makes the whole appointment feel personal. A 90-minute session with him is definitely worth it.
Andrew really knows his craft when it comes to bodywork. I came in with specific areas to address, but he went further and identified tension I didn't realize I had. His technique is solid, and he consistently gives me actionable exercises I can do at home between appointments. It's made a real difference in how I feel.
From the moment I arrived at Andrew's place, he showed himself to be a true professional. The massage he delivered was the best I've ever had. We talked through my problem areas beforehand, and he found the trigger points and released them with real skill. Three days later, the improvement in my hip and lower back pain is remarkable. The pressure and technique were perfect. I'm booking monthly appointments from here on out.
My first 90-minute appointment with Andrew was phenomenal. More than just the quality of the massage, his presence and conversation made the whole experience special. He puts you immediately at ease, and there's something about his spirit that makes you want to come back. I'm already planning my next visit. Highly recommend.
Andrew has such positive energy and comes across as genuinely friendly and down to earth. The massage itself was excellent, and the conversation during the session felt both relaxing and uplifting. His studio space is really nice, and I'm definitely coming back when I'm in town.
From walking in to walking out, Andrew was professional throughout. His massage was the best I've experienced. He listened to my concerns about specific trouble areas and did exceptional work identifying and releasing trigger points. Even days later, my hip and lower back pain have improved significantly. His pressure and technique were exactly right. I'm planning to see him regularly every month going forward.
Andrew found problem areas on my body I wasn't even aware needed work. He's clearly skilled at what he does and has a warm, engaging personality. His home studio is clean and welcoming, and I've already booked my next appointment.
What stands out about Andrew is how carefully he listens, both verbally and through his hands. He has a real gift for pinpointing where the trouble is. After our session, he shared helpful guidance on what to do at home to keep the healing going. Highly recommend if you're looking for a skilled, professional therapist you can trust.
