About
Trained at East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland from 2020 to 2021, I learned early on that massage isn't one-size-fits-all. Every body tells a different story, and the work we do together needs to listen to that story first.
That's why my sessions always start with a real conversation. How does your body feel right now? Are you in pain, or is it stress living in your shoulders? What do you actually need from this time? I'm not here to follow a script. I'm here to work with what you bring to the table.
My practice blends Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point work, and other techniques—sometimes Swedish, sometimes Hot Stone, sometimes Reflexology—depending on what serves you best that day. I also practice Visceral Manipulation, which is hands-on work with organ health. It's a less common skill, and it opens doors for clients who feel stuck in ways they can't quite name.
Whether you need maintenance massage to keep feeling like yourself, or you're coming back week after week to ease more deeply into your body, I'm here for it. The work we do together can reduce pain, increase your range of motion, create space where you've felt blocked, and bring calm to a restless nervous system.
I work out of my studio in SE Portland, serving the city and surrounding areas within a 5-mile radius. I'm also occasionally available for housecalls with advance notice, if that works better for your life. And I want you to know: I'm happy to be part of the LGBTQIA+ community and welcome all expressions of identity. No matter your shape, size, background, color, or culture, you deserve affirming care that makes you feel more at home in your body.
