At East West College in Portland, I learned that massage is far more than technique—it's an invitation to presence. That training, from June 2017 through March 2018, gave me the foundation, but it's the eight years since then that have taught me what healing really looks like.
I've watched clients arrive carrying tension in their shoulders, their lower backs, their breath. And I've felt the shift that happens when someone finally lets go. That's what draws me to this work. Our bodies, minds, and spirits aren't separate—they move as one. When your shoulders drop, your mind quiets. When you feel safe on the table, something deeper opens.
I blend deep tissue work with techniques like Tui Na, Swedish massage, and polarity therapy—whatever your body needs in this moment. Some sessions call for steady, grounded pressure. Others need gentler, more energetic support. I listen to what you carry, and I meet you there.
Openness and the ability to let go—these aren't just nice ideas. They're fundamental to how we heal. Love, compassion, forgiveness, patience—all of these are expansive qualities, and so is releasing what no longer serves you.
