About
Lincoln Tech's massage therapy program in 2011 taught me the fundamentals of touch, but thirteen years of hands-on practice in Providence has taught me everything else. I've watched how the body holds stress, pain, and trauma. I've felt the shift when someone's nervous system finally settles. And I've come to understand that massage isn't just about rubbing sore muscles. It's a path to self-healing, empowerment, and genuine transformation.
My work spans the full spectrum. Some clients come in seeking simple relaxation and stress relief. Others arrive with specific pain: chronic migraines, TMJ tension, whiplash recovery, fibromyalgia, insomnia, anxiety, PTSD, or the lingering effects of developmental trauma and sensory processing concerns. I blend techniques from acupressure to trigger point work, myofascial release to craniosacral therapy, reiki to shiatsu—each modality carries unique benefits for restoring balance on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. What matters most is that your session aligns with your actual goals.
My studio in Providence is serene and private. You'll find a heated memory foam vibroacoustic sound table, aromatherapy, candles, hot towels, and street parking. I also offer mobile sessions within a one-hour radius of Providence, bringing that same quality care to your home or office. Hours run from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. every day—I know life doesn't always fit a 9-to-5 schedule.
I'm currently pursuing my LMHC credentials through Rhode Island College, deepening my understanding of psychology and nervous system work. This matters because I take safety seriously. This is an LGBTQ+-friendly, compassionate space. If cost is a barrier, I offer sliding-scale rates. And I do ask that you respect my same-day cancellation policy so I can serve my clients fairly.
Massage reconnects us with the power of touch. It reminds us that our bodies know how to heal and thrive. Jay is here to help you remember that.
