About

Working with trigger point release and myofascial techniques has taught me something essential over six years: the body remembers everything. Tension doesn't just live in muscle. It settles into patterns, stories, held breaths. And when you know how to listen—really listen—you can help it move out.

I've built my private studio in Northeast Austin (78754) as a quiet escape from the pace of the city, but it's never felt far from where my clients need to be. The space is designed for you to feel safe the moment you step in. Heated table, candles, fresh water, a shower if you want one after. Music that doesn't rush you. I also maintain a studio in Bakersfield, California, and I travel to clients who need me to come to them.

My approach blends a range of techniques—aromatherapy, deep tissue, sports massage, lymphatic drainage, neuromuscular work, Swedish, chair massage, and trigger point therapy. What matters is not the technique itself, but how it fits your body that day. Your comfort, your preferences, your goals. That's the conversation we have first.

I'm reliably here. I don't cancel on confirmed appointments. Communication is key to me, which means I show up on time, I'm clear about what to expect, and I'm present while we work. This studio is LGBTQ+ friendly. You belong here.

What happens on that table is between you and your body. My job is to create the conditions for deep release, for your nervous system to finally relax, for tension to have somewhere to go.

Testimonials

Joseph's professional bodywork went beyond what I expected. You can see from the moment you arrive how much care and intention he puts into every element—the music, the atmosphere, everything is thought through. The massage was deeply relaxing and I felt at ease the entire time. He has a gift for reading the body and finding tension without much guidance. He even identified pain points I hadn't mentioned, which was impressive. What really stood out was how naturally the massage flowed and the energy he brought to the room. Everything felt effortless, and I left feeling completely reset. Joseph offers something unique that you might not realize you're looking for until you experience it. There's a calming presence about him that helps your body and nervous system relax. I highly recommend booking with him.

Joseph is a commendable person with a warm and approachable demeanor and excellent conversational skills. He asked about areas of concern to tailor the session to my needs. I booked a mobile session at my home for convenience, and he was flexible with scheduling and prompt in arrival. He carefully set up the space with soothing music, fresh linens, coverings, and a candle for added relaxation. His massage technique was distinctive and left me feeling rejuvenated. I had planned to get things done after but ended up taking a nap because of how profoundly relaxed I felt.

I was so relaxed I wanted to nap when I got home. You're not only skilled at what you do but also genuinely kind. You did a fantastic job and you're a really great person.
