I've been coming to Joseph for massage since early 2025, and it keeps getting better every time. He's professional, well-mannered, and excellent at staying in touch—even if I fall behind on messages, he responds quickly and keeps everything running smoothly. What I love most is the atmosphere. His studio feels fresh and welcoming with high-quality candles and aromatherapy throughout. He uses premium Biotone massage cream instead of the cheap greasy products you find elsewhere. He also stocks water, candies, and a mini fridge, and reminds you to stay hydrated after your session. The studio is spotless and his restroom is immaculate with a shower, fresh towels, and quality soap. One time my back was really hurting and he added 15 minutes to focus on it for free, then gave me a muscle rub to help with soreness. His heated towel service after the session is something I've never seen anywhere else—he wipes off any remnants of cream, leaving you completely refreshed. With all these amenities included, he could charge more, but you can tell he genuinely cares about the experience. I've recommended him to friends and they've all had great results. If you want a therapist who goes above and beyond, he's the one.
