About

Nearly 30 years of working with bodies—that's taught me something most therapists don't grasp until much later, if at all. You can feel when someone's been carrying tension for years. You can sense which knots need patience and which ones need precision. You know the difference between pressure that hurts and pressure that heals.

I started at Lauterstein-Conway Massage School right here in Austin back in 1997, and I've been building on that foundation ever since. Over three thousand hours of training, ongoing education (I'm currently completing advanced cupping certification through the International Cupping Therapy Association), and thousands of clients have shown me what works. Swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, assisted stretching, cupping—I use whatever your body is asking for that day.

My studio is two miles east of downtown Austin, in my private home. It's warm and welcoming, the kind of space where you can actually relax the moment you walk in. Fresh linens on a heated luxury table, soft music, your choice of massage lotion or organic jojoba oil. CBD-infused oil is available too if you want that extra layer of relief. There's a shower if you need one, free parking right outside, and I work with adults of all body types, ages 21 and up. I'm proud to welcome members of the LGBTQ+ community.

Here's the thing though: even though I specialize in deep, therapeutic work, your comfort always comes first. You set the pressure. You tell me what you need. You can ask for anything during the session, and I'll listen. Every massage is customized to you because nobody's body is the same, and nobody's pain is the same. I work to relieve pain, restore mobility, and give you that deep relaxation you've probably been craving for longer than you'd like to admit.

Testimonials

Genuinely one of the best massages I've received. I was impressed by how intuitive Keith was. He worked on the areas I mentioned, but he also found spots I hadn't realized were bothering me. I left feeling restored and energized. Thanks for the excellent massage. I'll definitely come back.

I was in south Austin for an exam and needed a deep tissue massage badly. My body was tense and tight from stress, test prep, and poor posture. I found Keith through his excellent reviews and he squeezed me in on short notice. His home studio is attractive and welcoming, and his CBD deep tissue massage was among the best I've ever had. He was skillful at finding the right amount of pressure and using different techniques to work out the knots in my neck, shoulders, and back. I felt an immediate change in how much I could move and left deeply relaxed.

Keith's space is both pristine and serene. The mood was very calming and I'm grateful he saw me on such short notice. He asked thoughtful questions to help me feel at ease and get the most from the massage. His pressure and hand work went straight to my sore spots and beyond. Highly recommend.

Hemasseur's Take

Clients consistently praise Keith's ability to find and release tension they didn't know they had, his skill with pressure and technique, and the calm, clean environment of his studio. His intuitive approach to reading the body, combined with knowledge of deep tissue and trigger point work, has earned repeated mentions of being the best massage experience clients have had in Austin and beyond.

Many return clients note improvements in range of motion, better sleep, and relief from work-related neck and shoulder tension. His CBD oil enhancement, same-day availability, and personable communication make his studio a go-to choice for athletes recovering from training, desk workers with chronic tightness, and people seeking therapeutic relief.
