About

Bellevue Massage School taught me the foundations of therapeutic bodywork, but working with athletes and performing artists over the past five years has shown me what those foundations can really do. I completed my training there in 2021, and since then I've been refining my approach with every client who walks through the door of my studio in Seattle's First Hill neighborhood.

Being a former professional performer and gymnast myself, I understand the human body in a way that formal education alone couldn't teach me. I've felt what it means to push hard physically, to recover, to want your body to work the way you need it to. That's why I specialize in working with athletes and performing artists, though anyone looking for real relief finds their way here too.

My work blends Swedish, Sports, and Deep Tissue techniques. Every session is tailored to what you need that day. Some clients come in needing deep pressure work to release tension they've been holding for months. Others want something that helps them recover from training or performance. I also offer cupping when it fits the work.

You'll be working on a professional massage table with fresh linens every session. My studio has a heated table, a shower, and a private restroom. If you'd rather have me come to you, I offer mobile massage throughout Seattle and surrounding areas, serving a 50-mile radius.

I've built this space to feel truly welcoming. I work with LGBTQ+ clients and allies of all backgrounds—everyone deserves a place where they feel safe and cared for. Hours are 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. every day, and I offer discounts for students, dancers, entertainment industry workers, massage therapists, and SAG/Equity members.

FAQ

Deep tissue massage at my First Hill studio in Seattle starts at $175 for 75 minutes and goes up to $225 for 120 minutes. Mobile deep tissue massage begins at $225 for 75 minutes and extends to $275 for 120 minutes if I'm coming to you.

Is there a mobile massage therapist serving Seattle?

Yes, I offer mobile massage throughout Seattle and the surrounding region within a 50-mile radius. I bring a heated massage table and can perform the same deep tissue, sports, and Swedish work in your home or office.

What massage is best for athletes?

Sports massage combined with deep tissue work is ideal for athletes, and that's my specialty. I've spent five years working specifically with athletes and performing artists, so I understand how to address muscle tension from training and help with recovery.

Does Maxx offer same-day appointments in Seattle?

I'm open 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. every day, so same-day appointments are often available. Contact me directly to check availability for your preferred time and whether you'd like studio or mobile service.

What's the difference between Swedish and deep tissue massage?

Swedish massage uses lighter, flowing pressure to relax and improve circulation, while deep tissue targets muscle knots and chronic tension with firmer pressure. I blend both techniques depending on what your body needs that day.

Are there discounts available for massage therapy in Seattle?

Yes. I offer gift certificates and special rates for students, dancers, entertainment industry professionals, massage therapists, and SAG/Equity members. Ask when you book.

Is the massage studio in Seattle handicapped accessible?

My studio in Seattle's First Hill neighborhood is fully handicapped accessible with metered parking, a secured entrance, and professional amenities including a shower and private restroom.
