About

Slow, deep, intuitive work rooted in the Hawaiian tradition of Lomi Lomi — that's where my bodywork lives now, after more than a decade of studying and refining techniques across high-volume studios and high-end spas in Washington. I trained in Mana Lomi, Indian Head Massage, Deep Lomi and Thai Fusion, and each modality taught me something about how the body holds tension and what it needs to let go.

I've been practicing professionally since 2013, and those years matter. They've taught me to read what your nervous system is telling me, to know when to apply steady pressure and when to ease back, to create a session that's both deeply relaxing and truly therapeutic. Teaching Anatomy & Physiology and Kinesiology at Northwest School of Massage sharpened that knowledge. As Director of Continuing Education for Massage Envy Puget Sound Region, I coordinated affordable CE courses for licensed massage therapists across the region — work that kept me connected to the broader community and the evolution of our field.

I'm a Washington State Licensed Massage Therapist with specific training in full-chest and breast massage, work that requires care, skill, and genuine understanding of a client's comfort and boundaries. My studio is in the Uptown area of Lower Queen Anne, and I also serve Seattle and surrounding areas with mobile sessions. Right now, my focus is entirely on you — your comfort, your relaxation, and relief from the stress and muscle tension that brought you here.

Testimonials

I had one of the best bodywork experiences I've ever received from Nate. His skill is evident, he's intuitive and professional, and he knew exactly how to work with the tension in my body while keeping everything relaxed and restorative. The studio itself is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. Using the rooftop sauna and cold plunge before the session elevated the whole self-care experience, and I could feel the benefits for days afterward. I highly recommend both Nate and this facility.

Nate is an exceptional massage therapist. After a hit-and-run accident left me with whiplash, just two sessions with him made a noticeable difference. His technique is excellent and he genuinely takes time to understand what you're experiencing and which areas need focus. Beyond his skills, he's a wonderful, grounded person who makes you feel heard and cared for.

The studio environment itself — clean, thoughtfully designed, with amenities like sauna and cold plunge access — adds to the overall therapeutic impact of the work.
