About

Trained at Healing Hands school of Holistic Health in San Diego, I completed my Arizona massage license in 2016 and haven't looked back. That education gave me a foundation in technique, sure, but what it really taught me was how to listen to a body. Over the past twelve years, I've been refining my craft right here in central Phoenix, learning what works for real people with real tension and real pain.

I run my own private studio in the heart of Phoenix, and it's the space where I get to do what I love every single day. My massage isn't one technique—it's a blend of everything I've collected over the years. Acupressure, deep tissue, myofascial release, sports work, trigger point, aromatherapy, reflexology, Tui Na—I mix modalities to meet what your body actually needs in that moment. Some days that means steady pressure and release. Other days it's about restoring mobility and ease. I read your body and respond.

I'm a huge supporter of my gay clientele and everyone in the LGBTQ community. Everyone walks through that door and gets the same quality care, attention, and respect. This is a safe space.

You have a shower at your disposal if you need one. The table stays warm. I keep the room calm—soft music, candles, hot towels when it helps. Because self-care shouldn't be an afterthought. It's something you deserve, and it's something that works. Don't neglect your body's needs. Reach out, and let's get you taken care of.

Testimonials

As someone new to massage, I was worried I'd get the same disappointing result I'd had before—leaving without feeling like anything actually happened. Jay changed that completely. The level of detail and care he brought to understanding my trouble spots was noticeable from start to finish. I felt genuinely 100% better by the end. The whole experience, from how he set up the room to the work he did, showed how much he cares about what he does. I booked a 90-minute session and I'd absolutely recommend doing the same.
