The Arizona School of Massage Therapy gave me the foundation I needed back in 2017, but it's the nine years since then—working with clients in my Phoenix studio—that taught me what really matters. Every body is different. Every person carries stress and tension in their own way, so I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all session.
I work with a range of modalities: deep tissue, Swedish, reflexology, sports massage, trigger point work, and body stretching. The beauty of having all those tools is that I can listen to what your body needs on any given day and build the session around that. Maybe you need firm pressure into tight shoulders. Maybe you're recovering from an injury and need something gentler. Maybe your feet hold all your stress—reflexology might be exactly right.
What sets my work apart is the attention to every detail. I use 100% essential oils and hot towels in every session because aromatherapy isn't an afterthought for me; it's part of the healing. I also offer complimentary cupping therapy, which works by creating a vacuum beneath small vessels on the skin. That pressure draws blood and your body's own healing substances to specific areas, boosting circulation and immune function. If you want massage gun therapy or a private shower after your session, I can accommodate that too.
