I completed my massage therapy training at the Arizona School of Massage Therapy in Tempe back in 2015, and then went straight into their Master Bodyworker program that same year. That foundation gave me something I still lean on every single day: a real understanding of how the body responds to different techniques, and how to read what a client actually needs in the moment.

I've spent the last 11 years working with people across the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan Area, and what I've learned is that there's no one-size-fits-all approach. I work with Swedish massage for some clients, deep tissue for others, and I also specialize in Neurokinetic Therapy and Neural Reset Therapy, which are protocols that go deeper than just muscle work. These methods help you understand your own movement patterns so you can take real control of your recovery and stay better longer.

I perform mobile massage because I genuinely believe it gives you the best experience. No fighting Phoenix traffic to get to a studio, no stress trying to find parking. You get your massage in a space where you're already comfortable, maybe at home or in your office, and you can stay in that calm state afterward instead of having to shift gears immediately. I work with acupressure, trigger point work, myofascial release, and orthopedic techniques depending on what you're dealing with. Some clients come to me for sports recovery or post-injury work. Others are managing chronic tension or migraines. I also offer fitness training and nutrition consulting for clients who want to address what's happening off the table.

I serve Phoenix and surrounding areas within a 25-mile radius, and I'm available 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. First-time clients, military veterans, law enforcement, and emergency workers get discounts. I can play music during your session if that helps you relax even more.
