About
Over 19 years of hands-on work has taught me how muscles behave, how they hold stress, and exactly what it takes to help them heal. I graduated from Miami Dade College's massage therapy program in 2018, and that training gave me the foundation to understand the why behind every technique I use—not just the how.
I'm based in downtown Orlando, operating out of a spa-like apartment setting in ZIP 32801 with free front door parking. Whether you come to my studio or I travel to you within 25 miles of Orlando, I bring the same approach: listen first, then work with precision.
My sessions blend whatever your body needs. I often start with warm bamboo massage and stretching—especially table Thai work on hamstrings and calves, which genuinely fixes low back pain and sciatica. From there, I'll use cupping, gua sha, or a Theragun massage gun to break down adhesions and muscle layers. Cranial work, deep tissue, Swedish, Lomi-Lomi, reflexology, trigger point release—these aren't just names on a menu. Each one has a purpose in your session.
I incorporate aromatherapy, hot stones, and hot towels to deepen relaxation. Neck and cranial work, Thai foot massage, neuromuscular release, Rolfing, Shiatsu—my goal is to heal as well as provide real relief. I also offer body scrubs, body trimming, cupping, and hydrotherapy. This is professional, legal bodywork from someone who takes pride in making sure you feel safe, cared for, and genuinely better when you leave the table.

Testimonials
Recently got a massage from Ayden that went way beyond what I expected. He's personable and friendly, then opens the session with excellent stretching and twisting for about 10-15 minutes. His technique is distinctly his own, blending deep tissue with longer strokes, stretching, and hot bamboo sticks that elongate the muscles beautifully. Everything fits together smoothly and you sense right away that he's spent years perfecting his craft. Definitely worth booking.
I had the privilege of booking a session with Ayden while he was visiting my city, and the entire experience was excellent. From the first contact through to meeting him in person—everything was smooth and welcoming. The massage itself was excellent. He combined table Thai, Lomi Lomi, Theragun work, and stretching throughout. I get regular massages and can honestly say this was among the best I've ever had. He's easy to talk to and genuinely friendly. I already asked when he'll be back to town because I don't want to miss another session like that.
I have a chronic pain condition (CRPS) that causes significant muscle spasms and is usually very painful when touched or stretched. I've been to physical therapists and chiropractors without much relief. Finding Ayden's profile, I booked a two-hour same-day session hoping for some help. He was available quickly and used an incredibly broad range of techniques to break loose scar tissue that hadn't shifted in decades. I was sore for a few days afterward but genuinely grateful I found him—he accomplished in two hours what others couldn't do in multiple sessions. He mentioned he's normally in this area monthly, but I'd drive for a session every two to three weeks instead.
Ayden is a truly skilled masseur. He uses many different modalities and goes deep when he says he will—very powerful hands and arms. He found problem areas I didn't even know I had. I've tried lots of massage therapists and he's definitely one of the best. Call him now.
I've been searching for someone who truly does deep tissue massage and tried several therapists in Miami without success. Ayden and I discussed my problem areas and pain points, talking about how symptoms in one place often come from another. The massage was the most productive I've had in Miami—so much so that I bought a package of additional sessions right after. Definitely a worthwhile investment.
Ayden gave me a really strong massage. I have a lot of knots in my shoulders and back, and he got them all out—no easy task. He spent a lot of time on my legs since I'm sore from the gym and sports. You can see he's been doing this a long time because he works his magic and you feel completely restored afterward. His stretches for the upper body and legs are excellent, though they're not for everyone—but they definitely work. Beyond the technique, he's very personable and friendly.
I got a strong 90-minute massage that left me feeling fantastic. He was personable and professional throughout. His technique clearly showed his training, experience, and academic background. If you want a quality massage, you won't be disappointed.
Ayden was professional and approachable. He gave me a massage that combined stretches with massage work—kind of a mashup between a massage and a stretch session. He called it table Thai and explained the technique. I was genuinely impressed and will absolutely book with him again.
I was struggling to find a real, quality massage therapist in Miami until I found Ayden. He's very clean, professional, and constantly exploring new techniques. Before each session he asks about my body and what stress areas need attention. High pressure, cupping, stretching, deep tissue, hot stones—he uses all of these and I feel the results genuinely work. His table, blankets, towels, music—everything is ready and clean. He doesn't watch the clock and his rates are fair. Most importantly, I can't wait for my next appointment.
What an excellent massage. He really knows how to work through muscle tightness. Ayden might be small but he's incredibly strong. I had serious neck and shoulder tightness and needed help fast. So glad I called. He's pleasant, sweet, and professional. This is going to be a regular thing for me.
I searched for a quality massage therapist in Orlando and finally found what I was looking for in Ayden. He takes time to understand what you actually need before starting. His massage isn't one-dimensional—he combines stretching, different tools, and varied techniques to work out your knots. Very professional, clearly experienced, and I'd recommend him to anyone.
I've traveled worldwide and had many massages, but Ayden's work was extraordinary for so many reasons. I love how he finds pressure points, maintains strength and stamina, and blends multiple massage styles in one session. His professionalism and knowledge made me feel comfortable from our first conversation, and he assured me my expectations would be met. There are many options out there, but Ayden should be your choice. If I had unlimited resources, I'd hire him as my personal therapist.
What a wonderful massage experience. He found every tight spot and worked it thoroughly. I booked him twice in a row and will keep coming back repeatedly.
Ayden is a great massage therapist who is very polite, clean, and professional. I was really impressed by his pressure—very deep—and his massage is incredibly relaxing. He took away all my pain and stress. I'm definitely booking again.
Ayden was very professional and immediately made me feel comfortable. I came in very stressed and the tension just melted away on his table. His stretching gets things off to a strong start, and his work with the vibrating massage tool helps muscles release stress deeply. The hot bamboo stick was amazing on its own. I left feeling deeply relaxed and calm. He clearly knows his craft and cares about making sure you're comfortable and fully relaxed. I recommend him strongly.
Ayden has worked on me several times over recent months. He's polite, respectful, and always punctual. He's especially skilled with stretching and Thai techniques, though when I ask for a gentler touch due to osteoporosis, he adjusts beautifully. He's talkative in a good way, strong, and extremely friendly. Highly recommended if you want a thorough, quality massage.
I needed a real massage, not just someone spreading lotion around. Contacted Ayden and he got me in the same afternoon. From the start, this was clearly going to be different. He uses various techniques for specific muscle problems—cups, handheld massage tools, hot bamboo. Two hours flew by. Ayden is friendly and conversational, but the changing techniques kept me engaged the whole time. I walked out feeling significantly better and wasn't sore the next day. Highly recommend if you want an actual therapeutic massage.
After a hard training session with sore, achy muscles that needed serious stretching, I reached out to Ayden and he was available right away. He first released tension in my upper back, then moved through the tight muscles everywhere. The highlight was his Thai work—stretching combined with his therapeutic massage and myofascial release was genuinely great. He also used acupressure. I felt 100 percent better immediately after.
Ayden gives fantastic massages. I was stressed when I walked in and felt like a completely different person afterward. His techniques and stretches are outstanding. Those hot bamboo sticks create an incredibly soothing sensation. Every visit leaves me feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed. He has a special touch, and his methods are truly unique. I recommend him highly. He understands how to treat people with respect and help them release tension and pain. Thank you for your exceptional skills.

FAQ
How much does a deep tissue massage cost in Orlando?
A 60-minute deep tissue massage in my Orlando studio is $120, or $140 if I travel to you within 25 miles. I can also offer shorter 45-minute sessions at $90 in studio or $120 for mobile, or longer 90-minute and two-hour sessions if you want more time to address multiple problem areas.
What techniques do you use for lower back pain and sciatica?
Table Thai stretching combined with deep tissue work on the hamstrings and calves is my go-to for sciatica and lower back pain, since tight legs almost always pull on the lower back. I'll also incorporate myofascial release, trigger point work, and cupping or gua sha to break up adhesions that may be contributing to nerve compression.
Do you offer same-day or evening appointments in Orlando?
I'm available from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. today, and I respond quickly to booking requests. If you reach out same-day, there's a good chance I can fit you in, especially if you're flexible with timing.
Can you do a mobile massage at my home in Orlando?
Yes, I offer mobile massage within 25 miles of downtown Orlando. I bring my massage table, music, candles, and aromatherapy supplies to create a spa-like experience in your home or hotel. Mobile sessions run 45 minutes to two hours, starting at $120 for 45 minutes.
What makes table Thai different from regular stretching?
Table Thai is active stretching I perform while you're on the massage table—I use my hands, forearms, and body weight to move your limbs through deeper ranges of motion than you could do alone. It opens up tight muscles, improves circulation, and feels very different from a traditional massage because I'm working your whole body through supported stretches.
Do you offer discounts for students or other massage therapists?
Yes, I offer discounts for students and massage therapists. Reach out to discuss rates that work for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Venmo, Zelle, Square Cash, PayPal, cash, and barter. Choose whatever works best for you.
Can you help with muscle soreness from the gym or sports?
Absolutely. I specialize in working with athletes and active people. Deep tissue, myofascial release, Thai stretching, and sports-focused techniques all help reduce soreness, improve recovery, and prevent injury. Clients often book me regularly after workouts or training.
