Another wonderful session with Don. I'm becoming a regular and it's so rewarding to work with someone who learns who you are and what you prefer. I made sure to tell him what I wanted this time and he really listened and retained it. He went straight to my back where I'd mentioned getting stiff and sore. Don understands that deep tissue work is what I need but he's skilled at loosening me up without pain. He starts with my shoulders and neck. Then without me asking, I feel the warm comfort of hot stones on my tight shoulders and neck, which felt perfect. I feel the table move slightly and smile knowing what's coming. Don's signature work, Ashiatsu, barefoot massage. While balancing on top of me with no handholds, Don can do everything from softly support my neck to deliver intense deep work and make my back feel completely loose.
