Studying acupuncture and herbal medicine at Florida College of Integrative Medicine in Orlando shaped how I think about the body. I finished my Master's degree in 2025, and that training — in anatomy, in how muscles hold tension, in the deeper layers beneath what we can see — changed everything about how I approach massage.
