I work with over 40 massage modalities—everything from Shiatsu and Thai to Deep Tissue, Acupressure, CranioSacral Therapy, and Rolfing. But I don't use all of them on every client. Instead, I listen. I ask what's bothering you. I feel where your tension lives. Then I design a session that blends the right techniques into one powerful experience.
Your session might start with Swedish massage to warm the tissue and ease you into relaxation. It might include Hot Stone therapy for deep muscular relief, or cupping to release stubborn knots. Some clients want Reflexology to balance their whole system. Others ask for Thai massage because they want that deeper, more active work. I have the skill set to deliver whatever you need.
Every session comes with complimentary aromatherapy—I use only high-quality, organic essential oils—and I check in with you throughout to make sure you're comfortable and getting what you came for. The table is always heated, the room is quiet, and the experience is designed around you.
