Twenty-five years of hands-on experience have taught me something fundamental: the body never lies, and neither should a therapist. Since I earned my CMT and LMT from the Chicago School of Massage Therapy back in 2000, I've worked with thousands of people in pain, tension, stress, or simply needing to reconnect with themselves. That long arc of practice has shown me that real healing happens when you treat the whole person, not just the muscles on the table.
I work outcalls throughout Orlando and within a 100-mile radius, bringing my table, my hands, and my full attention to your home or chosen space. Every session starts the same way: we sit down together, no rush, and I get to know you. I ask about your body, yes, but also about your life, your stress, what's weighing on you mentally. That conversation isn't small talk. It's the beginning of the work. Then we move into the massage room, and I use what I've learned over decades to read your tissue, find what's locked up, and release it with techniques ranging from Swedish relaxation to deep sports massage, hot stone therapy, and Thai work.
I offer therapeutic massage for muscle pain and fatigue, sports massage for stubborn tension and knots, and relaxation Swedish massage for when you need to fully decompress. My sessions include aromatherapy, hot stone work, hot towels, soothing music, and candles. You'll have access to a shower before or after if you'd like one.
