Deep tissue work has a way of revealing what the body has been holding onto. When I press into tight muscles with steady, purposeful pressure, clients often tell me they can feel years of tension releasing under my hands. That's what drew me to this work five years ago, and it's what keeps me showing up every day in my Tampa studio.
I've completed 800 hours of massage training, and I've spent those five years learning how to listen with my hands. Every client walks in different—different stress patterns, different injuries, different needs. Some days I'm working deep tissue into a runner's tight calves. Other days it's Swedish technique to help someone unwind after a brutal week at the office. I blend deep tissue, sports, and Swedish methods depending on what your body is asking for.
