About

Twenty-six years of hands-on practice has taught me something vital: your body knows how to heal itself. I just help it remember.

I've spent more than two decades working with people in pain, people carrying stress, people who'd lost faith that relief was possible. That journey began with formal training at the Cortiva Institute in St. Petersburg, where I learned the anatomical foundations of Swedish and deep tissue work. But I didn't stop there. I studied Reconnective Healing through the Reconnection Institute in Los Angeles, trained in yoga instruction at MH Yoga Studio in Alabama, and spent years absorbing the wisdom of Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage and Thai bodywork techniques. What started as separate modalities became one integrated practice.

Today, my studio in Tampa—located in the 33612 area—is where I blend everything I've learned. I work with Swedish massage, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, sports massage, lymphatic drainage, reiki, and energy balance work. I use acupressure, hot stone, trigger point therapy, craniosacral work, and more. Thai massage movements flow naturally into Lomi Lomi sequences. Aromatherapy, cupping, polarity therapy—I combine what your body needs in that moment.

I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, and I serve anyone who walks through my door. I have a special commitment to the LGBTQ community. What matters most is that you feel safe, supported, and genuinely cared for. I also offer mobile massage, so I come to you—serving Tampa and surrounding areas.

Bodywork is too important to be treated as a luxury. It's medicine. It's respect for what your body can do. Text me to schedule, and I'll answer your questions and confirm the details. I'm available 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. every single day.
