I'm a trained athlete, and that background shaped how I think about the body. I've spent a lot of time understanding muscle recovery, relaxation techniques, and what it takes to help someone walk out of a session feeling genuinely lighter. My studio in Honolulu is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day, and I'm also available for mobile sessions throughout the area, so I can come to you when that works better.
