Nineteen years of working with clients' bodies has taught me something simple: tension doesn't just live in one place. It spreads, it compounds, it affects everything you do. I trained at New Life in Los Angeles back in 2004, and since then I've been helping people in St. Louis and the surrounding areas find real relief through massage.
