About

Seventeen years of massage work has taught me what the body needs before it even says so. I started my training at Florida College of Natural Health in Miami back in 2007, earning my Master's degree in massage therapy and skin care. That foundation gave me the technical language and anatomy I needed, but it's the thousands of hands-on hours since then that have really shaped how I work.

I specialize in Swedish and deep tissue massage, and I've trained myself in nearly every other modality along the way. When you book with me, let me know what you're looking for. Are you sore from work? Holding tension in your shoulders? Want a full Swedish session to unwind? I'll adjust to exactly what your body needs that day.

I'm a professional massage therapist traveling with my own table, serving St Louis and surrounding areas. I bring quality oil products and a calm, focused approach to every session. My studio here in St Louis is set up for your comfort. I work with candles, music, hot towels, and fresh water to make sure you feel cared for from the moment you walk in. If mobile service works better for your schedule, I travel with my table and can bring that same professional setup to your home.

I also offer personal training alongside massage, so if you're interested in strengthening work or stretching routines to complement your sessions, we can build that in. I work with cash and I'm available 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day. I offer discounts for military veterans, students, repeat clients, senior citizens, first-time bookings, and birthdays. I also have prepaid packages and gift certificates if you want to commit to regular work.

This was my first massage, so I have no comparison, but I walked out completely relaxed. He worked my neck, arms, back, and legs thoroughly. He had such a soothing voice and made me feel extremely comfortable.

FAQ

How much does deep tissue massage cost in St Louis?

A 60-minute deep tissue session with me is $150 per hour. That rate is below the typical St Louis average and includes quality oils and a full studio setup with music and hot towels.

Do you offer mobile massage in St Louis?

Yes, I travel with my own massage table and serve St Louis and surrounding areas. I bring aromatherapy, candles, music, and my table to your home for a professional session in your own space.

What's the difference between Swedish and deep tissue massage?

Swedish massage uses longer, flowing strokes to ease muscle tension and improve circulation, while deep tissue applies firmer pressure to target chronic tension in tight muscle layers. I often blend both techniques depending on what your body needs that day.

Are you available for same-day appointments in St Louis?

Yes, I work 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day and respond quickly to booking requests. Contact me to check availability, and I'll do my best to fit you in.

Do you offer discounts for first-time clients in St Louis?

I do offer discounts for first-time clients, as well as for military veterans, students, repeat bookings, senior citizens, birthdays, and other groups. Ask me about prepaid packages too—they're a great way to save.

Can massage help with work-related tension and stress?

Absolutely. After 17 years, I've found that deep tissue and Swedish massage are highly effective for releasing tension that builds up from desk work, poor posture, and daily stress. Most clients leave feeling significantly lighter and more mobile.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept cash for all massage sessions, both in-studio and mobile.
