About
Thirty years of hands-on work with clients has taught me one clear thing: your body knows what it needs. I just have to listen, and help you listen too.
I'm Jeffrey, and I work south of Tower Grove Park in St. Louis City. When you come in—or if you call or text to set up a time—you'll find a clean, comfortable space. The table is heated. There's a shower available if you want one before we start. I follow strict sanitary protocols and I'm fully vaccinated and boosted.
My approach to massage is simple but intentional. I respect your limits completely. You guide the work I do with you. My touch is confident, and I move at a slow pace because rush doesn't belong in healing. I use acupressure, trigger point work, deep tissue, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, and other techniques—whatever your body is asking for that day.
What I really want is to help you get rid of the noise. The constant buzz of your busy life. During our time together, I ask you to let go and breathe. I want to respectfully connect with your spirit, not just your muscles. Your massage can become a meditation. It can help you recover from injury or strain. Or it can simply give you time to reconnect with yourself—which, honestly, is recovery in its own way.
I've worked with all kinds of people over these three decades. Gay, bi, straight—all men are comfortable here. I believe in creating a space where you feel safe and welcomed. I also believe that Black Lives Matter.
I'm available 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day. The best way to reach me is with a text or phone call. Ask about discounts for prepaid packages, gift certificates, or if you're a student, active military, dancer, massage therapist, or work in emergency services—there's something for you.

Testimonials
I've learned that 'intuitive' massage often just means good guessing, but I trust that you genuinely know what you're doing. Your touch is confident and goes straight to the stress holding in my body. Over the years, I always leave feeling better than I arrived—two inches taller and floating.
I've been seeing you for over a decade and I always leave feeling great. Your hands are truly mystical.
I've been seeing you over many years, and you still find ways to surprise me with your work. Each time I leave feeling like I've had an exquisite experience. Your massage is simply outstanding.
Your massage ranks among the best I've ever had. The words you said—'balance' and 'breathe'—stay with me all week and help me keep feeling the effects of your work. Thank you.
Your table is wide and well-padded, so I sink into it immediately and start floating away. You remind me to breathe throughout, which lowers my heart rate and blood pressure. Your touch flows without stopping. You understand anatomy beyond just muscle and ligament—you know how nerves drive pain. Every time I come back, the massage is different because you listen so well.
Your touch and your energy were both wonderful. And my sciatica is so much better now. Thank you.
I called just an hour before my appointment and Jeffrey fit me right in. His apartment was comfortable and welcoming. We talked about what I needed, then I showered before getting on the table. That massage put me in a trance-like state unlike anything I'd felt before. Thank you for such a wonderful experience—I'll definitely be back.
I can't say much more than 'thank you' for easing me into that deep part of your bodywork so smoothly.
At the end of your massage, the nerves in my skin felt electrified. That was a complete surprise and a wonderful one.
Jeffrey's massage is a gift. He's a true healer, an empath, and someone who really sees you. If you trust him and let yourself go, you'll be transformed. His prices are also incredibly generous. Thank you—I'm so grateful.
I've never felt this way after a massage before. Thank you.
Jeffrey is an excellent masseur. I was traveling from Atlanta to Chicago and stopped in St. Louis for a good massage before a long drive. He responded quickly to my text and set everything up. Beyond being skilled, he's a great human—funny, a good listener, and genuinely curious about what you need. The pressure was perfect and his technique is excellent. His space is clean and his setup is nice. I highly recommend him.
I got a massage this morning after a brief conversation about my needs. It was deeply relaxing and therapeutic—nothing like what you'd get at a big box massage chain. The environment was pleasant. I highly recommend Jeffrey for your massage needs.
If I could afford it, I'd be on your table every week. I think about our sessions every single day. Thank you for those wonderful memories.
I feel like a million dollars because of your excellent massage. Thank you.
You clearly know what you're doing. I've wasted too much money on other massage therapists before finding you. Your work is reliable and high quality, and your warmth as a person makes the whole experience better.
Jeffrey is an outstanding massage therapist. I see him whenever I'm in St. Louis visiting family—I'm a professional trainer in Chicago—and he always addresses my specific needs while still providing deep relaxation. His heated table is huge, and he's quick to respond and accommodating with scheduling. I can't recommend him enough.
After seeing my chiropractor eleven times with minimal relief, your one massage did more for my lower back and hips than all of those visits combined. You made me feel brand new. Thank you.
I've been going to Jeffrey for about 13 years. He gives a thorough, professional full-body massage. He's excellent at working with problem areas—I have shoulder tension from an old muscle tear—and he offers real health advice. He respects your boundaries and you can trust what he tells you. I look forward to continuing with him for years to come.
