I'm Mike, a licensed massage therapist specializing in full body massage for men. When I started out, I learned Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point work, and stretching as separate tools. Over the past decade, I've learned how to blend them—how to listen to what your body actually needs in that moment, not just follow a protocol.
