About
Twenty years of practice has taught me that sports massage isn't a luxury — it's a performance tool. When you're training hard, whether you're lifting heavy, running miles, or competing, your body needs real recovery work built into your plan. That's what I do.
I've been working with athletes and active people since completing my Master Massage Therapist certification at Potomac Massage Training Institute in Silver Spring back in 2006. Over two decades, I've learned to read what your muscles and fascia are telling me. Tight muscles, dense fascia, adhesions that limit your strength and mobility — these are the things that slow you down. Regular bodywork breaks that cycle. It loosens what's tight, improves your flexibility and joint range of motion, speeds recovery between workouts, and reduces soreness and injury risk. You stay in the game.
My studio in Arlington, Virginia is set up for real recovery. I blend a range of techniques depending on what your body needs:
- Deep tissue work to reach the muscles underneath
- CranioSacral Therapy for subtle release and nervous system calm
- Swedish massage for flow and mobility
- Sports-specific techniques for athletes and people who train hard
- Reiki when your system needs something gentler
I also serve Arlington and surrounding areas with mobile sessions, so I can come to you.
The LGBTQ+ community is warmly welcome here. I work with clients of all backgrounds, and my studio is a space where you can relax and be yourself. Payment is flexible — I take cash, Venmo, all major cards, and American Express. Gift certificates are available if you want to share this with someone.
Make bodywork part of your training plan. Your recovery matters.
